Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a Carrier & Facility Reporting Manager to lead reporting operations for the Risk Solutions portfolio. You will oversee carrier and facility‑level reporting, reconcile data across AIM, EPIC, and Omega, and drive modernization of reporting workflows within Cornerstone/Starwind EDW architecture.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in insurance operations or related financial operations.
• Deep bordereau management and treaty reporting experience.
• Data reconciliation across BI tools and EDW environments.
• Experience with Databricks and Power BI preferred.
• Leadership experience required.
• Knowledge of Lloyd’s reporting conventions or ILS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the collection, review, and delivery of carrier and facility‑level reporting across Risk Solutions.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for carrier reporting partners and coordinate submissions.
• Oversee reconciliation between carrier data and CRC source systems (AIM, EPIC, Omega); resolve discrepancies.
• Modernize reporting operations by automating processes within Cornerstone/Starwind EDW architecture.
• Define ingestion requirements with data engineering and build data quality standards.
• Drive the Centralize Carrier Reporting workstream within Cornerstone data initiative.
• Support Power BI dashboard development with complete, reconciled data.
• Produce and enhance reporting packages for external capital partners and carriers.
• Own the Quarterly Transaction Report process under Cornerstone Capacity Agreement.
• Ensure carrier reporting ties to treaty registers and auditable data.
• Maintain auditable participation, premium caps, treaty periods, and obligations across vehicles.
• Assist treaty management implementation with reporting-layer linkages to EDW.
• Develop management information outputs for GWP, capacity usage, loss ratios, and profit‑commission tracking.
• Provide clean data for CAT modeling, pricing, and reserve analyses.
• Enforce data quality standards and KPIs across the platform.
• Lead and develop a team of Operations Analysts.
