First Quality is seeking a Capital Projects Planner for its First Quality Products operation in McElhattan, PA. The role oversees capital project development from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, and regulatory compliance across First Quality sites.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, experience managing capital projects in manufacturing, strong organizational and analytical skills, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven planning and management of capital projects, preferably in manufacturing.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication for diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, contract compliance, and international shipment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate capital forecasting updates and prepare leadership reports.
• Support capital budgets and monitor expenditure progress with stakeholders.
• Facilitate creation and tracking of capital projects in SAP.
• Advise on budget management, contract requirements, and approvals.
• Lead project admins in capital procurement and timing of releases.
