Texas Instruments is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to support the Sherman, Texas SM factory expansion. You will orchestrate disciplined capital management, govern financial compliance, and influence long-term manufacturing strategy.

This role partners with site leadership to oversee CapEx for expansions SM1–SM4, ensure cost-competitiveness, and provide analysis to senior management on P&L and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Capital Investment Oversight: Manage the financial lifecycle of site expansion projects, ensuring rigorous tracking of capital expenditures (CapEx) and alignment with projected financial returns.
• Compliance & Internal Controls: Co-work with policy and procedure owners to proactively test, assess, and strengthen internal controls. Ensure 100% compliance with financial protocols, specifically regarding construction accounting and site-specific financial workflows.
• Cost Leadership & Strategy: Drive cost competitiveness by identifying gaps in results and processes. Partner on the coordination of financial strategies for annual and strategic roadmaps.
• P&L Accountability: Maintain full responsibility for factory P&L knowledge, with a specialized focus on the intersection of cost-savings initiatives and capital investment efficiency.
• Ad-hoc Strategic Analysis: Provide rapid-response financial modeling and analysis for fab and manufacturing leadership to support real-time decision-making.
