Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, SCM, Business Administration, Construction Management or related discipline.
• MBA or CPSM/CIPS/PMP preferred.
• 10+ years procurement and contract management experience.
• Minimum 5 years supporting large-scale CAPEX projects.
• Experience in heavy industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategies aligned with project budgets and schedules.
• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from sourcing to contract execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, legal and controls teams.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, warranties, and risk allocations.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance.
