Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management, capacity/infrastructure planning, strategy, or consulting.
• 8+ years leading cross-functional planning with Engineering, Product, Operations, or Finance.
• 8+ years of quantitative analysis and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic capacity planning initiatives across compute, storage, networking, power, and data center infra.
• Develop planning frameworks to improve speed, consistency, and quality of decisions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Data Science to unify the Infrastructure Plan of Record.
• Define planning assumptions, methodologies, and decision frameworks for planning quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define requirements for capacity planning systems and tooling.
