Barbosa's Cabinet & Countertop Operations seeks a Senior Sales Account Manager to own customer relationships and drive new business. You will coordinate with Estimating, Sales Operations, Project Specialists, Field Operations, Manufacturing and Purchasing to move opportunities from opportunity through award and production.

You will retain and grow builder and GC accounts, meet revenue targets, and translate requirements into complete, commercially sound proposals.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in account management/outside sales in cabinets or building products.
• Ability to develop relationships, manage pipeline and close deals.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
• CRM proficiency and Salesforce familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Retain and grow assigned builder and GC accounts and develop new opportunities.
• Meet bookings, revenue and account-development goals through prospecting and follow-up.
• Translate customer requirements into cabinet and countertop proposals.
• Provide accurate forecasts and CRM updates throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead customer presentations and commercial discussions through award and contract.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Sales Ops, Project Specialists, Field Operations, Manufacturing and Purchasing.
