EAE USA is seeking a Buyer to source, procure, and manage materials, products, and services for our operations. The role emphasizes timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Responsibilities include supplier evaluation, PO processing, and inventory monitoring. Collaboration with logistics, warehouse, and production teams is essential to align supply with demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.
• Issue purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
• Track and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to align supply with demand.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
