Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in buying, sourcing, procurement, inventory management, operations, or a similar supply chain role.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute purchasing and inventory replenishment to support product availability while balancing investment, supplier performance, customer needs, and profitability.
• Monitor supplier performance, on-time delivery, fill rate, and cost changes; resolve issues.
• Communicate with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely actions and data accuracy.
• Negotiate pricing, discount terms, transportation arrangements, and other commercial terms within authority.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive effective resolution of purchasing-related issues.
