Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review procurement queue and analyze items for potential purchases.
• Ensure material is placed on order.
• Follow up with vendors, sales and customers to confirm delivery, specs, and pricing.
• Coordinate flow of material from vendor to customer in a timely fashion.
• Follow up on order changes, cancellations, returns and cancellation fees.
• Evaluate daily purchasing reports and prioritize purchase orders to maximize profit and sales.
• Maintain purchasing parameters to ensure reports reflect accurate inventory.
