Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) is seeking a seasoned Business Architect reporting to the US Head of Business Architecture in Chicago. You will bridge business and technology, define and mature business capability architecture, and align solutions to strategic imperatives.

You’ll develop roadmaps, governance, and artifacts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable enterprise goals within a hybrid work setting in Chicago.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Business Architecture experience in Commercial Banking or related fields.
• Data and AI fluency to evaluate and prioritize use cases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic business capabilities to enable business goals.
• Develop future state business architecture, roadmaps, and value streams.
• Govern artifacts, standards and governance for enterprise architecture.
