Qualifications

• Experience defining data and business process requirements and breaking down complex problems into actionable steps.
• Understanding Agile software development life cycle concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and Engineering to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in creating release notes and maintain documentation and artifacts for traceability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Support the Product Manager in managing the product backlog and ensure delivered functionality meets requirements.
• Identify process improvements and recommend modernization solutions.
