Job summary

NYC Department of Finance is seeking a Computer Systems Manager (1005D) to lead business analysis across complex technology initiatives within the FIT Division. You will elicit, document, validate requirements, translate stakeholder needs into actionable deliverables, and coordinate with business and technical teams to improve systems.

Reporting to the Director of Business Analyst & Intake, you will help define roadmaps, acceptance criteria, UAT, and end-user documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years preparing requirements documents with stakeholders.
• 3+ years leading business analysis/ system analysis efforts.
• Experience with gap analysis and AS-IS/TO-BE workflow analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation and analysis of business requirements from stakeholders.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements clearly.
• Develop specifications, rules, swim lanes, user stories, and mock-ups for development teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and ensure alignment.
