Job summary

Advanced Technology Systems Company (ATSC) has an exciting position for a Business Analyst at its Gilbert, AZ facility. This role focuses on bridging execution teams with business targets, gathering requirements, analyzing project data, and documenting workflows to drive successful projects aligned with the company’s financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Program/Project Management or a related STEM field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; knowledge of Jira is advantageous.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or product development life cycles is valued.

Responsibilities

Align execution to business/program targets by translating needs into measurable targets.
Document existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collect and analyze performance metrics to support decision-making.
Maintain project documentation, generate reports, develop schedules, and track deliverables.
Serve as a liaison across departments to ensure understanding of goals and constraints.
