• Lead school-level resource planning in support of the Dean's priorities, including scenario modeling and multi-year planning.
• Provide decision support by synthesizing financial and operational information into clear recommendations.
• Advise on operational and resource implications of strategic initiatives and competing priorities.
• Support strategic planning and implementation, aligning with the university's strategic plan and initiatives.
• Lead assessment and measurement of school initiatives and monitor key indicators and trends.
• Support internal allocation planning and monthly activities.
