Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or closely related field.
• Ability to analyze and interpret accounting reports and data.
• Communicate effectively through both oral and written means.

Responsibilities

• Calculates, obtains and analyzes operating, maintenance and fixed costs for the annual operating budget.
• Calculates billing data variables for the wholesale power rate.
• Obtains and analyzes construction and capital expenditures for the annual budget.
• Analyzes projected operating, maintenance and fixed costs for long-range forecast.
• Determines financial impact of new loads, generation changes, and expense changes.
• Develops financial planning software as needed for efficiency.
