DHR Health in Edinburg, TX seeks a Manager of Decision Support and Budgeting to lead financial strategy, budgeting, and decision support for the organization. You will partner with accounting and operations to forecast, analyze, and optimize resource allocation while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role contributes to policy development, drives continuous improvement, and advances equity, inclusion, innovation and learning across finance and operations in support of patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required; emphasis in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Computer skills required with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Good written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English required.

Responsabilités
