Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; four years progressively responsible professional fiscal experience or equivalent.
• Experience with budgeting, reporting, and compliance in a complex financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Wrangle access across Banner, RPTP, QMENU, and Vista Plus.
• Deliver routine and ad hoc fiscal reports.
• Shape the Continuation Budget for the University.
• Craft monthly management reports and forecast year-end commitments.
• Partner with departments to analyze budget variances.
• Serve as liaison with UA Foundation for FFEA setups.
• Provide training and expert guidance to financial managers across UAF.
• Publish daily, weekly and bi-weekly reports and develop new reporting tools for leadership.
