Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate statewide judicial budget requests and operating budgets.
• Monitor legislative bills and develop budget projections.
• Prepare budgetary variance reports and budget transfers for management.
• Prepare BRFs/BARs to reallocate funds within divisions.
• Reconcile biweekly payroll budget projections and ensure fund availability.
• Ensure budget submissions meet requirements and compliance.
• Track statewide expenditures for grants and fund accounts.
• Use BFMs and SHARE reports to generate financial insights.
