You will manage assigned benefit programs, partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, HRIS, and vendors, and lead system enhancements while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
5 years of progressive employee benefits experience, including strategy, compliance, vendor management, and leadership.

Aufgaben

Evaluate, manage, and analyze benefit programs to ensure compliance and fair administration.
Serve as primary owner for assigned benefit programs and lead ongoing administration and projects.
Manage vendor relationships and performance, including service delivery and data integrity.
Provide guidance on complex plan provisions, regulatory requirements, and administration processes.
Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and regression testing with cross-functional coordination.
Develop, monitor, and analyze data integrity, identify trends, and resolve issues.
Establish, track, and analyze key performance metrics with reports and recommendations.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, HRIS, information systems, vendors, and stakeholders to administer benefit programs.
