Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Center Associate to provide specialized service and guidance to clients through borrowing and banking offerings. You will pursue new and deepen existing relationships by presenting customized solutions to help clients reach their financial goals.

The role balances sales performance, operational risk, and client care, with training at a financial center and potential placement at nearby locations as needed to fit business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or small business banking.
• Strong communication skills to influence clients.
• Proven sales track record and ability to build partnerships.
• Outbound phone sales experience.
• Desire for bilingual skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recommends financial advice and guidance that align with client financial goals and needs.
• Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank.
• Analyzes client financial needs and applies knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend additional services.
• Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conducts follow-up routines.
• Makes decisions on client requests and refers to internal partners as needed.
• Partners with financial center leaders and managers to coach associates for a great client experience.
