Job summary

BMO is seeking a results-driven financial professional to act as the primary client contact, uncover financial needs, and provide holistic banking and investment solutions. You will grow assets, deepen relationships, and drive new client acquisition while complying with policies.

You will collaborate with Financial Advisors on complex needs, guide clients to digital tools, and implement a strategic business plan to meet sales objectives and portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Typically, 3+ years of relevant experience; post-secondary degree in related field of study preferred, not required.
• Proven experience in a financial services organization demonstrating knowledge of banking products, services, pricing strategies, and profitability management.
• If licenses are not currently held, they are required within 120 days of the role start date.

Responsibilities

• Build consultative relationships to uncover financial opportunities and deliver banking/investment solutions.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisor for complex needs.
• Achieve sales targets by acquiring new assets and expanding client relationships.
• Promote adoption of digital platforms and features to clients.
• Develop and execute a business plan with sales strategies to meet objectives.
• Identify value creation opportunities for target client segments.
• Coordinate outreach for seminars, campaigns, or client events.
