Responsabilités

• Monitor market trends and risks to inform decisions and partner strategies.

• Ensure regulatory compliance across underwriting activities.
• Lead talent development and succession planning within the team.
• Represent the company at industry events and with external stakeholders.
• Track and report underwriting performance metrics to senior leadership.
