Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate internal teams, GCs, subcontractors and trades to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and milestones; address issues impacting performance.
• Develop and implement standard construction processes and performance measures.
• Lead and develop construction teams and ensure client satisfaction.
