In this role, you'll assess how long-term regulatory, economic, and industry trends will shape the reliability, efficiency, and adequacy of generation and transmission infrastructure. You’ll dive deep into the complex interactions of our energy systems—like the critical relationship between natural gas and electricity networks to identify emerging risks and inform bold, forward-looking decisions.
This position is both technical and strategic, ideal for someone who can translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. You’ll present your findings to internal teams, regulators, and industry leaders—helping to shape policy, align stakeholders, and drive long-term planning.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $118,000-$128,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.

Related power systems engineering, economics, policy development, natural gas systems engineering, environmental issues management, or regulatory standards experience.
