Job summary

Stryker Group in Philadelphia is seeking an Arterial Account Manager to drive PAD and CLTI therapy adoption. You’ll work with physicians and hospital leaders to develop programs, expand access, and grow the long‑term franchise.

This high‑visibility role requires clinical expertise, strategic leadership, and exceptional presentation skills to educate teams, align stakeholders, and accelerate patient impact across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of medical device field sales experience.
• Current certifications and vendor credentials.
• Demonstrated history of consistent quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities in PAD and CLTI within patient populations.
• Build alignment with multidisciplinary stakeholders and hospital leadership.
• Drive therapy adoption through clinical education and program building.
• Create demand and expand access to Artix and LimFlow portfolios.
• Execute coordinated strategies with VTE Account Managers and shared targets.
• Deliver high‑impact presentations to physicians and hospital administration.
• Provide clinical feedback to R&D and Marketing as the clinical voice.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and educational events.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training for new hires and regional teams.
• Develop and disseminate insights during pre‑sale and evaluation processes.
