Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Arterial Account Manager in the Houston area to drive growth in PAD and CLTI therapies. You will lead program development, collaborate with physicians and health system leaders, and align cross-functional teams to broaden adoption of Artix and LimFlow products.

You will build relationships with interventionalists and hospital leaders, deliver high-impact clinical presentations, and own initiatives from pre-sale to post-launch support, including onboarding new hires.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred or equivalent 6 years sales experience.
• Minimum of 4 years peripheral vascular arterial sales or related medical device experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities within PAD and CLTI patient populations.
• Build alignment with physician champions and hospital leadership.
• Drive therapy adoption through clinical education and program-building initiatives.
• Create demand and expand access to Artix and LimFlow portfolios.
• Collaborate with VTE Account Managers for coordinated strategies and shared targets.
• Deliver presentations on clinical and financial benefits to physicians and hospital administration.
• Provide clinical feedback to R&D and Marketing to guide innovation.
• Represent Stryker at trade shows, conferences, and trainings.
• Support onboarding and training with Sales Leadership and Medical Education.
• Develop insights during pre-sale and evaluation processes.
• Perform other duties to support regional and national initiatives.
