Job summary

You’ll blend strategic problem solving with hands-on performance management to optimize today’s operating model and fuel next‑generation engines that drive wallet share.

You’ll lead cross‑functional delivery, diagnose gaps, model scenarios, prototype solutions, and translate data into actionable insights that shape network design and business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or related field with 4 years’ analytics experience or 6 years’ analytics experience.
• Master’s degree preferred: MBA, Information Systems, or Statistics.
• Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor performance against internal goals and external benchmarks.
• Diagnose gaps, quantify opportunities, and translate insights into actions.
• Model what-if scenarios to inform network design and business strategy.
• Prototype solutions with engine teams to scale capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional delivery to turn strategy into measurable impact.
