Cox Farms, a leading greenhouse operator in the U.S. and Canada, seeks a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Operations to turn data into actionable insights that shape our growth strategy and operational improvements.

You will lead complex analyses, collaborate across functions, and develop presentations that integrate OKRs and critical business metrics to guide strategic decisions and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2–3 years of experience in management consulting or a similar role.
• Proven ability to conduct detailed quantitative analyses using Excel and to synthesize insights into crisp presentations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills; able to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data analyses and drive process improvements.
• Provide insights into strategic decision-making on company operations.
• Collaborate across functions to spearhead initiatives that boost revenue and margins.
• Manage and maintain a database of projects with timely execution aligned to objectives and resource allocation.
• Develop high-quality presentations and memos integrating OKRs, insights and key business metrics.
• Contribute to capital project analyses and operations analysis for M&A opportunities.
• Provide critical assessments to guide investments and strategic expansion.
