Job summary

FedEx is seeking a senior strategy leader to guide objective evaluation, strategic direction and decision support for growth in fraud prevention and reverse logistics. This role drives execution, portfolio leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate will influence the strategy, commercial narrative and product roadmap while working from a hybrid FedEx campus location in Memphis, Plano or Pittsburgh, with relocation support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative business field or closely related technical field.
• Six (6) years related work experience including strategy development, competitive analysis and market research.
• Masters degree may offset experience; related Master’s Degree equals two years experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and portfolio management of Fraud Prevention & Transportation Returns Management.
• Influence business strategy and product roadmap to address fraud management and reverse logistics.
