You will work with Ecommerce, CRM, and Marketing teams to analyze performance, uncover opportunities, and support initiatives that enhance the customer experience. This role is hybrid in NYC with networking events and mentorship opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable insights.
• Assist in development and execution of recurring performance reporting for marketing and ecommerce.
• Support benchmarking and research on luxury retail e-commerce trends and digital innovation.
• Analyze digital behavior to identify opportunities and behavioral patterns for optimization.
• Contribute to special projects focused on improving digital performance, acquisition, and retention.
