Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college; open to all degrees.
• Preferably junior status.
• Above-average GPA.
• Distinctive problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
• Strong work ethic and accountability to get stuff done.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Refine existing team and organization dashboards and reports that drive strategic decision-making.
• Develop models to help assess commercial opportunities or optimize current processes that could drive incremental profitability.
• Serve as a thought partner to teammates and contribute to the team's problem-solving orientation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure your work is understood and supported across the organization.
