Qualifications

BA/BS required.
Advanced degree desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant analytics, forecasting, finance, market research, or related commercial functions.
Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate analytics into recommendations.
Proficiency with multiple forecasting methodologies and BI tools.

Responsibilities

Lead integration of data, analytics, and insights across national and payer data to deliver a cohesive view of performance.
Develop KPI measurement plans and monitor performance to inform strategic decisions.
Design and evolve forecasting and Integrated Business Planning processes.
Translate complex analytics into executive-ready storytelling and visuals.
Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and other functions to drive actionable recommendations.
Identify opportunities to embed Advanced Analytics, Market Research, and Competitive Intelligence.
