Job summary

First Command Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to partner with business leaders. You will define analytic requirements, develop end-user solutions, and drive ad-hoc analysis and report/visualization development across the enterprise.

You will leverage Data Products, Azure Fabric, Power BI, and governance practices to shape data needs and enable self-service analytics. Collaboration and leadership across groups are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics experience with large data sets and business partnerships.
• Expert in Power BI and SQL with cloud data architecture experience.
• Strong communication and leadership to guide cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe/Scrum or Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytic requirements.
• Deliver tailored end-user analytics solutions and data products.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and data product development.
• Utilize advanced analytics and visualization tools and governance practices.
• Translate insights into relatable business narratives for leadership.
• Conduct data exploration and profiling for product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Data Product leadership to prioritize roadmap.
• Mentor consultants and promote analytics best practices.
