Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a HS diploma/GED; or 6 years with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Bachelor's or higher degree recommended for advancement and responsibilities.
• Educational requirements include HS diploma/GED with substantial experience or higher degrees for preferred alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop project management strategies and work with discipline leaders to execute plans.
• Act as project lead and coordinate project activities ensuring work is progressing as planned and project deliverable dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed.
• Plan and prioritize deliverables and resources based on scope of work and project goals; monitor risks and identify potential problems; propose solutions.
• Document and communicate project status and strategic recommendations; elevate issues; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present written and oral reports on project status, variances, benefit realization metrics, budget analysis and status of projects.
• Engage with stakeholders using appropriate communication methods to achieve desired results; promote positive communications across entities.
• Use analytical skills and judgement to solve problems with limited information; query databases; interpret and analyze data.
• Perform risk analytics and risk mitigation strategies; recommend alternatives.
• Demonstrate understanding of operational and strategic importance of work to align with system-wide initiatives.
• Compile accurate data and prepare forecasts and trend analyses in collaboration with finance; identify and monitor profitability, growth and productivity issues.
