Crowe in Boston seeks a Temporary Financial Crime Audit & Testing Consultant to join our Regulatory Compliance group. You will apply AML/BSA expertise to audits and independent testing for financial institutions of various sizes, including banks and fintechs, across multiple engagements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with audit teams, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel up to 5%. You’ll work in a professional services environment delivering compliant, risk-focused insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years in BSA/AML consulting, internal audit, or compliance testing.
• CAMS/CIA/CISA or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, audit, and monitor compliance of BSA/ AML requirements for financial institutions of all sizes
• Execute across all phases of an audit, including planning, conducting process walkthroughs, developing/executing test procedures, tracking artifacts and reporting on deliverables
• Submit written or oral reports of audit results to senior management and audit committees including findings, analysis, conclusions and recommended actions
• Build and manage relationships with Business Lines across all three lines of defense
