Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Allocation Analyst in Indianapolis to optimize product distribution across the store network.

You will work with Buyers, write purchase orders, and allocate replenishment based on sales history, margins, and capacity, ensuring optimal store assortments.

Candidates should have a BA and 3–5 years merchandising/allocation experience, plus intermediate Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of merchandising/allocation experience needed.
• Proven ability to analyze data to drive allocation decisions.

Responsibilities

• Determine the best stores to allocate product to.
• Write new purchase orders with size breaks and quantities.
• Ensure stores receive the best possible product assortment across the network.
• Allocate replenishment based on sales history, WOS, margins and capacity.
• Coordinate transfers, stock movements, and store replenishment priorities.
