5-8 years in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management.
Proven track record of driving measurable customer outcomes.
Experience with enterprise relationships.
Experience with AI adoption strategies is a plus.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.

Responsibilities

Own Customer Outcomes End-to-End: Build and execute outcome-driven account plans anchored to each customer's business objectives.
Own the customer health score across ROI, adoption, utilization, engagement; drive year-over-year improvement.
Lead AI adoption and change-management initiatives across accounts.
Lead risk, renewal, and growth strategy with Sales to identify expansion signals.
Operate with executive presence: manage multi-threaded relationships and conduct Business Reviews.
