Job summary

phData is seeking a Forward Deployed Strategist to join our Advisory team. This role combines consulting, product thinking, value mapping, and technology to help clients identify and accelerate AI and data opportunities.

As the primary business-facing lead on a nimble activation team, you will translate complex business problems into actionable MVPs, work with executives, and drive cross-functional initiatives from discovery to scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience with a focus on technology-driven process optimization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive storytelling and workshop leadership.
• Ability to build trust with executives, leaders, and end users in fast-moving environments.
• Experience translating ambiguous problems into structured statements, use cases, and MVP scopes.

Responsibilities

• Understand client challenges and workflows to identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Define success with KPIs and quantify business value to justify MVP investments.
• Prototype and iterate solutions using low/no-code tools to demonstrate value early.
• Lead discovery, prototyping, and scaling efforts with client and phData teams.
