Job summary

OneStream Software in the United States is seeking an AI Architect to lead responsible AI adoption, design end-to-end AI solutions, and align with security, privacy and governance.

You will translate business challenges into transformation blueprints, drive adoption across functions, and partner with security, data, and enterprise teams to deliver measurable productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise/solution/application architecture with translating needs into designs.
• Experience designing AI, automation or knowledge/decision-support solutions in enterprises.
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, security, privacy and governance.
• Experience shaping roadmaps, business cases and measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles and governance review processes.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholders and influence decisions without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities across functions to boost productivity and outcomes.
• Create an inventory of AI opportunities with ownership, value and risks.
• Develop intake, scoring and prioritisation methods for AI initiatives.
• Design end-to-end AI solution approaches across systems and processes.
• Define reusable AI architecture patterns (agents, copilots, automation).
• Embed governance, privacy and security considerations into designs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across IT, data, security and business teams.
