Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is offering a Summer 2027 Market Development Agronomist Intern position in multiple locations (Ames, IA; Effingham, IL; Jackson or Martin, TN). The 11-week internship includes project work, field travel, and networking with industry leaders.

Interns are paid $25.00 per hour, with relocation assistance possibly provided for the summer. This role serves as a gateway to a 2-year Associate Program upon completion.

Qualifications

• Sophomore or Junior undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Ag Systems Technology, Digital Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Required GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to advance seed and crop protection products.
• Collaborate with local team on your project and support the MDA and sales team with agronomic insights.
