Job summary

NATO is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead Enhancements for the Alliance Future Surveillance and Control (AFSC) Programme and related initiatives. You will guide project managers to ensure coherent, full life cycle management of capabilities, from requirements to disposal, across multinational partners.

You will monitor cost, scope, schedule, risk and performance, coordinating with JISR, Air C2, Cyber Defence, CAP FWD and CIS branches, to deliver interoperable solutions that meet alliance

Qualifications

• Six years' experience as a Programme Manager (full-life cycle management).
• Four years' experience in the development of a data-centric environment in a complex organization.
• Four years' experience in a military capability development assigned role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee full life cycle capability development projects within the AFSC Programme.
• Lead project managers and teams to deliver coherent, integrated capabilities across domains.
• Monitor scope, cost, schedule, risk and performance; report progress to governance bodies.
• Engage with NATO and national partners to ensure interoperability and alignment with strategy.
