Selby Jennings is engaged with the Strategic Advisory arm of an Investment Bank, seeking an Analyst with 2+ years of experience in strategic advisory, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy. Ideal candidates are passionate about technology and experienced in utilizing market trends, valuation analysis, and project delivery to support high-impact decisions related to mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis across technology sectors, market trends, competitive landscapes, and macroeconomic indicators.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and scenario planning to support strategic recommendations.
• Create executive-level presentations and memos that clearly communicate insights and strategic options.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, product, and corporate development to support transaction execution and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in the evaluation of potential M&A targets, investment opportunities, and partnership strategies.
• Contribute to the development of strategic frameworks, methodologies, and thought leadership within the advisory team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
