Diocese of Allentown seeks a Director of Advancement for Bethlehem Catholic High School in Bethlehem. The role leads all philanthropic activity, including major gifts, EITC/government scholarships, annual giving, and events, and may supervise staff and a data team.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, CFRE preferred, and has substantial fundraising experience, with a track record of closing gifts of $10,000+ and strong donor relations capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of fundraising experience, including direct major gift solicitation.
• Experience with Pennsylvania EITC or comparable state scholarship programs is a plus.
• Experience in Catholic or faith-based education fundraising preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead all philanthropic activity for Bethlehem Catholic High School.
• Manage major gifts, annual giving, planned giving, grants, and events.
