AOM Healthcare is seeking an experienced Admissions Director for Ridgewood Manor in Maumee, OH. This full-time role leads the admissions process at a skilled nursing facility, partnering with clinicians and administrators to ensure smooth transitions for new residents.

The ideal candidate has prior SNF/LTC admissions leadership, strong Medicare/Medicaid knowledge, and exceptional communication and organizational skills to drive referrals and occupancy. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Experience as Admissions Director in a SNF or LTC setting is required.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care insurance and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all admissions processes for the skilled nursing facility.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and community referral sources.
• Work with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth resident transitions.
• Manage pre-admission assessments, tours, inquiries, and documentation.
• Track admission data and provide reports to leadership.
• Additional duties as assigned by job description, Administrator, and/or Regional Support Team.
