Qualifications

• Qualifying Experience Is Defined As: Managing and coordinating administrative programs, projects, and staff actions; Advising managers on staffing, personnel, performance management, and awards; Analyzing business and administrative needs, coordinating with stakeholders, and briefing recommendations to management

Responsibilities

• Serves as the focal point for administrative and staff integration taskings, utilizing task management tools to coordinate actions, prioritize events, and provide executive status briefs to leadership.
• Analyzes diverse issues requiring multi-activity input and develops executable plans of action to support Directorate operations and future administrative requirements.
• Provides comprehensive quality control and oversight on complex projects with substantial impact on management and operational policy.
• Advise hiring managers on position descriptions, workforce planning, and staffing options for recruitment, reorganizations, and organizational realignments.
• Accomplishes administrative and budgetary operations, including oversight of official travel systems, purchase card programs, and records management.
