Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with ERP system implementation or accounting process redesign.
• Exposure to private equity, fund accounting, or M&A due diligence will distinguish top candidates.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation, review, and finalization of financial statements according to accounting standards.
• Manage tax and audit requirements, liaising with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Own budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis and management reporting.
• Lead ERP system implementation and ongoing process improvement in accounting.
• Build and refine financial models for acquisitions and investment committee presentations.
• Direct financial due diligence on prospective investments, identifying key risks and opportunities.
