Camco Manufacturing in Greensboro, NC seeks a Senior Manager, Accounting & Financial Reporting to lead monthly close, consolidation, and annual financial statement prep, reporting to Corporate Controller. The role requires hands-on consolidation, strong U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience managing monthly close within a multi-entity organization.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience supervising accounting professionals.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with consolidation and intercompany eliminations.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close; own consolidation process and intercompany eliminations.
• Prepare annual audited financial statements and coordinate external audits.
• Manage and develop a team of accountants; review key close deliverables.
• Drive accounting transformation, process improvements, and automation.
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Operations, and other partners to support strategic initiatives.
