Platform Accounting Group is seeking a Business Advisory Manager to lead the timely completion of engagements, oversee bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory work for diverse clients. You will deploy the team’s strengths, review junior staff, and ensure financial statements and deliverables meet deadlines.

The role emphasizes building long-lasting client relationships, providing high-level service, and guiding teams with GAAP-compliant reporting, tax awareness, and proactive risk assessment.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of professional accounting experience across multiple clients and industries.
• Ability to create and understand accurate financial statements.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Expert use of accounting software and systems; quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Manage all client work and deliver on deadlines.
• Coach and train staff at various levels.
• Review work from junior and senior staff.
• Provide accounting and advisory services across clients.
• Perform general accounting duties and reconcile ledgers.
• Prepare financial statements and reports in GAAP.
