Job summary

Land O'Lakes NutraBlend is seeking an Accountant to handle AR, AP, GL and treasury duties, with collaboration across Shared Services Accounting, IT, Customer Service, FP&A, Internal Audit, Legal, and Treasury. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and effective cross-functional communication.

You will support customer invoicing, vendor payments, tax reporting, and lease accounting for Nutra Blend regions, ensuring compliance and timely financial data for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; OR Associate's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in financial accounting or analysis.
• Experience with Accounts Payable and Cash Applications is a plus.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP systems and excellent Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• AR/AP/GL and treasury responsibilities with internal/external customers.
• Provide direct ship accounting functions: customer billing and vendor invoice processing.
• Manage treasury for wire transfers and W-8 compliance.
• Lead consolidated tax reporting for all Nutra Blend regions (Sales/Use Tax, Tonnage Tax, 1099).
• Oversee CoStar Lease accounting and monthly reconciliations.
• Ensure AP policy compliance and proper approvals across Nutra Blend.
