Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking an Account Manager to oversee client relationships for Bitdeer Seal Miner products and Mining Datacenters in the Austin area. You will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion by onboarding new clients and coordinating with technical teams to align mining operations with client needs.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and data-analysis skills, plus a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.

Qualifications

Build and maintain relationships with clients including institutions and mining companies.
Identify opportunities for new business within existing accounts and onboard new clients.
Coordinate mining operations projects with technical teams to meet client requirements.
Monitor account performance and present insights to stakeholders.
Stay updated on crypto mining trends to offer strategic advice.
Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, data analysis capabilities.
